Captain Sim L-1011 Tristar, pulled from their website
Captain Sim is having a less than one day sale on the 20th @ 2020Z to celebrate their 20th anniversary. I’ve always wanted to buy some of their products but couldn’t justify the price. Now that everything is $20.20 for 20 hours I’m going to do it, but the hard part for me is going to be not buying everything that they offer.
They specialize in airliners, and TBH I usually prefer flying smaller turboprops, mostly around Hawaii and Tahiti. Sorry, but simulated l ong haul flights are nearly as boring as the real thing, hence my preference for more takeoffs and landings. But CS does such a nice job on these models that I might find myself doing a little more jet flying, most likely Aloha 737s if someone has done a proper repaint.

You know that you can do short sub 2hr legs with any plane right? :D
No point excluding something you might like. Heavies have been used on regional flights for ages. Look at 767/777/747/787 domestic use in Japan for example.
Edit: And on a side note, will everything be discounted, including P3D V4 recent models like the 757 and L1011?

More runway options with smaller planes, unless you enjoy overruns. I guess I just like the more relaxed p ace and responsiveness of smaller aircraft, just as I do with cars .
Here’s the email I received today:
Captains,
Time flies. Captain Sim is 20!
Any anniversary discounts? You bet!
On the 20AUG at 2020Z, just 20 hours 20 minutes, everything is $20.20:

Thanks, I don’t sim much anymore but will pick up the base packs for P3D4 as I do like most of their stuff. A bit silly that they are selling expansion packs that normally are 19,99 for 20,20 as well...
